| they're musical style is crazy awesome, it's very raw, sometimes verging on sloppy, but never quite reaching crappy. Kalnoky's voice takes a while to get used to, and i don't like some of the lyrical content in some of their songs, but overall an awesome band, great to see live, except for the fact they they hardly, if at all, interact with the audience. _________________ |

Yeah, were you at the Salt Lake show? They rocked The Avalon big time. But I agree that the lack of interaction was probably my least favorite part of the show. I mean, my two favorite bands, The Aquabats! and Love You Long time, can't get through the show without thanking the whole crowd, but I never as much as got a spit valve emptied on me at Streetlight.
And props for making this topic, I've been meaning to make it for a while. _________________ "You never see them kicking 4 balls at a time at an MCR concert. I'm just sayin'." -MCBC

this is so true, when I saw them the only "interaction" was Tomas trying to sing louder than the crowd was singing._________________ I luv cupcakes. |

I wanted to go to that show way bad, but I didn't really have the money. I think me and Super Eric George actually talked to some of you guys about possibly going down to it together on the other Bats forum._________________ i luv flan cubs. |

That we did, man. It was almost the best road trip I'd ever been on.
Stanton, I'll e-mail you a few albums, just pm me your e-mail address if you don't mind. _________________ "You never see them kicking 4 balls at a time at an MCR concert. I'm just sayin'." -MCBC

doofus, you saw them in concert. remember?!
there was that really terrible guy who played guitar, then suburban legends <3<3<3<3 rocked pretty hardcore, then streetlight manifesto played a really good set. (it was better watching from the back than it was where me and owen started at the front. crazy SM fans...) and then the bats played. Stupid crowd. That was seriously the worst crowd ever. |

For a minute I thought you were saying Thomas Kalnoky was terrible at guitar, and I was about to get quite mad. But they play some of the best live music I've ever heard. _________________ "You never see them kicking 4 balls at a time at an MCR concert. I'm just sayin'." -MCBC
