ok, so this is how it's going to work:

there are different ranks.

a Founding Father, is one one of the 4 original founders who started this whole mess back in 2005. You'll never be one. Sorry!
an Elder, is a moderator, or in other words, a pack mule for the Founding Fathers.
a High Priest, is the highest rank that one can attain to. they have a considerable influence on decisions made by the Council of Elders. Only those who are Official Aquacadets as well can be High Priests. then comes...
Priest - the #2 rank. Their opinions shall be taken into consideration when it comes to decision making in the Council of Elders. and then....
Henchman - the beginning rank in The LOLZ Gang. they help further the work of The LOLZ Gang. if many of them have the same opinion on an issue, what they have to say will be taken into consideration.

so now one may ask, "How can i achieve a higher level of status?". well, that is determined by a few factors.
Awesomeness - how much you uphold the standards of The LOLZ Gang, how good of a forum contributer you are (which is not determined by post count alone), and how you help out/support other members of said Gang.

Divulgation - is that even a word? it means, spreading the word about something. anyways, it is basically bringing others into the fold of The LOLZ Gang, and making small subtle remarks about it on the Bats forum. that is how we will gain more power.

and

Reliability - this is how reliable you are in carrying out the different things that The Council decides on. in other words, active participation, cooperation, ect.

So, the Elders will decide in the semi-weekly Council of the Elders who will be advanced in rank. if you feel you are being overlooked, send me a PM and we will consider you.

and now for the next part:

Decision Making
so, as i stated earlier, the different ranks have different amounts of influence in the decision making of The LOLZ Gang. There are many things that we can do as a Gang. We can do LOLZ Raids on other forums, such as we did last month on the luv-emo forum. We can have LOLZ parties. We can join Boardies chats and say "LOLZ" about 50 times in a row. (it doesn't sound all that entertaining, but it really is when there are about 10 people in there, and only a few are in The LOLZ Gang). Also, if you have any ideas, just tell us. If it's good, it could earn you some credit towards a Rank Advancement.
